nachos are the typical snacks of mexican cuisine that they are now prepared and eaten all over the world. After you have prepared all the ingredients in a bowl, pour l’ lukewarm water with the salt dissolved because it’ inside and add the corn flour and stir until the mixture is homogeneous and compact, and then cover the container with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour. Past the time necessary, divide the dough into 20 pieces. With the help of a rolling pin, you will need to get a pastry round each piece of dough. Now divide the tortillas into 16 slices and fry in peanut oil hot. Then as they are cooked, lay them in the oil on absorbent kitchen paper to remove l’ oil in excess. Now put the nachos fried in a serving dish and sprinkle with the swiss cheese, grated and with some wheel of jalapeno chili and cook in a hot oven for a few minutes until complete dissolution of cheese, or in the microwave, if you prefer, and serve immediately, accompanied with some sauce typical.
