psoriasis is a disease of the skin irritating and chronic characterized by redness and irritation, and often accompanied by patches of thick, irregular borders, color silver-white, itchy and sometimes painful. Although there is no cure for psoriasis and it is difficult and frustrating, it is possible to use some natural homemade remedies to control the symptoms and prevent infections. a bath of flour d’oats helps to hydrate the layers of the skin and reduce the itching and l’ inflammation. It also softens and soothes the skin, as well as calm the nerves. Stir, then one cup of the flour d’oats finely powdered in a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak in this bath of flour d’oats for 15 -20 minutes per day during the most difficult periods. Then risciacquatevi with lukewarm water, dry the skin and apply a good moisturizer. L’ apple cider vinegar helps to restore l’s natural pH balance of the skin and helps prevent infections.
