how to make a cake with amaretto

The cake amaretto is really simple to prepare and is perfect to eat as a sweet, simple breakfast or snack, that even as a dessert to offer to its guests. to prepare this delicious cake for 8 people, the first thing you’ll have to get all the necessary ingredients, namely:
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of flour 00
- 200 grams of sugar
- 120 gr of seed oil
- 120 gr of almond flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder vanilla
- 15 macaroons, chopped
- 300 gr of ricotta cheese
- slivered almonds q. b.
After you have prepared all the ingredients useful for the preparation of the recipe, start well to achieve it, by pre-heating the oven to 180° C . In the meantime, all you’ inside of a vessel, pour in the eggs, not in shell, then add the ricotta, oil seeds and sugar and stir these ingredients together until just blended between them. Then add also the flour, the vanilla baking powder for cakes, and almond flour and knead the mixture until you obtain a homogeneous dough. In the last add the crushed macaroons and stir into the mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon. Now take a cake pan, imburratelo and infarinatelo ( or, if you prefer, lined with greaseproof paper) and pour the mixture inside the cake tin, level it with the help of a spatula for cakes and decorated the surface with the almonds, and then bake your cake at 180°C for 45 minutes. When the cake is cooked, leave to cool before serving.
