to prepare a rustic pie with tomato for 8 people for first thing you will need:
- 350 grams of flour oo
- 100 grams of whole-wheat flour
- 60 gr of pecorino cheese
- 1 packet of yeast, instant
- 450 ml milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 180 g of sauce topped with oregano
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 180 gr of smoked scamorza cheese
After you have prepared all the ingredients necessary for the preparation of a torta rustica with tomato start as well to prepare the recipe, stirring in a large bowl ( or in the bowl of the food processor) the flour, the cheese and the yeast.
