After you have prepared the few ingredients that we need, we pass to the realization of the’ dough, by pouring in a bowl the flour, then add the water, salt and olive oil. Knead properly to get a dough smooth and homogeneous. Divide l’ dough in 2 and roll out the 2 pieces with the help of a rolling pin. Do you have a first puff on a baking tray and spread over the cream cheese, add the ham slices and mozzarella chopped. Cover with the other pastry, add the flaps and sealed the edges well. Prick with a fork all over the surface and brush all with olive oil, salt and semi-decorative. Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown. Let cool and serve as well.
