Add the oil and mix quickly with a whisk, until the mixture is smooth and without lumps. Preheat the oven and in the meantime, pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper or oiled and floured, and bake at 180° for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, a toothpick, check to see if it is well cooked also all’ inside, then leave to cool. Once transferred to a serving dish ,sprinkle the cake all’ water with icing sugar, cut into slices and serve.
