How to make the cake biscuit
The cake the biscuit is really unique as a sweet, and certainly will appeal to all as it is very reminiscent of the biscuits american, classic cookies, for instance, those crispy, with chocolate chips, from the round shape. There are many variations and alternatives to the classic cookies, but the original preparation remains the most greedy. On this occasion we propose in version pie, stuffed with delicious chocolate. for the preparation of this cake you will need :
300 g butter
150 g caster sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
About 300 g of 00 flour
1 tablespoon of baking soda or baking powder
1 of salt
250 g of dark chocolate chips
chocolate cream q. b.
start by preheating the oven to 200°. Choose your cake tin and cover with baking paper; this is done, take a bowl and begin to work the butter with the help of a mixer, until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Now, you can also add the two types of sugar and continue to mix, adding the eggs until the mixture then is well blended and homogeneous. Then, in another bowl, stir together the flour, salt and baking soda then add the dry ingredients to the creamy mixture; stir until everything is built to perfection. Then go to add the chocolate drops and put the dough to rest in the fridge for about an hour.
Take the mixture and pour half into the mold, compattandolo as possible with the msni, then add then the chocolate cream ( maybe melted in a water bath if it is cold) layer with a spatula and close with the rest of the’ dough and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven and eat this cake – biscuit-really delicious!
