The roll peaches is a sweet and very simple to prepare and really tasty. Its particular shape, which makes it very lovely to the view, might be misleading, making us think that it is difficult to prepare, but in reality, you’ll be surprised of its ease of implementation and versatility in the’ use. We can eat a slice of this cake at breakfast, as a snack, or offer it to our friends, guests for dinner, the result is guaranteed. Let’s discover together, then, how to do the roll to the peaches:

the first thing we have to procure all l’ need to prepare a roll enough for 6 people, that is to say:

  • 180 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • the

  • 180 gr of 00 flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • the

  • 50 ml milk
  • the

  • 200 grams of jam to peaches
  • the

  • 80 grams of slices of fisheries
  • the

  • powdered sugar q. b.

After you have prepared everything you need, you start well, making your roll by mounting the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until will be very foamy, then gradually add the flour and the sieved baking powder, continue to mount. At this point add the milk and whisk again, until all’ obtaining a mixture is very smooth and fluid. Now take a baking pan and rivestitela with the paper and pour the mixture and cook in a preheated oven at 220° for 10 minutes. In the meantime, on to plan d’ support place another sheet of parchment paper and when the cookie dough is cooked you can place it directly on this sheet of paper. Then take the sheet used for the cooking, being careful not to break the mixture and spread over the jam and a few slices of peach previously cut and dried. When you are finished, roll all helping yourself with the parchment paper and transferred it in the fridge for a’ hour before cut into slices and serve on a platter. To garnish, sprinkle with icing sugar and a few slices of peach.
