for a mold 28 cm, and then for about 8 persons you will need 1 kg. pear, 4 eggs, 500 00 flour, 80 gr. seed oil, 300 gr of sugar, a cup of milk, 1 lemon and a sachet of yeast for cakes flavored with vanilla.
After you have procured all the ingredients, go well for the preparation of your pear cake, washing with care of the pears, then peel, remove the core and slice them thinly, then cut the lemon in half and spruzzatene the juice over the pears to prevent these from darkening.
